Older Newborns

Sometimes life gets in the way and maybe you didn’t get around to scheduling your newborn session while you were pregnant. Maybe your baby spent extra time in the nicu and couldn’t have their portraits taken right away. While we aim for newborn portraits to be done when your baby is between 7-14 days old, that isn’t always possible. I always say the best time to have portraits done is right now, because your baby is getting bigger every day and you want to capture each special time before they grow any more and you can’t go back! Here are a couple of sessions with babies that are around 2 months old. This session is still considered a newborn session but the poses are quite different an baby is usually awake during the session. Still, so adorable, right?!?
