Family Portraits in Durango, CO

Susan and Rob came to Durango from Austin, TX. Susan wanted a forest location and Rob wanted the mountain view so I suggested the perfect spot that had both. I had such fun working with this family and their silly, happy kiddos! Plus, it’s always great to be around Texans so I can say “y’all” without being looked at funny. My husband and I used to live in Austin, and that’s where my son was born, so it will always hold a special place in my heart and I enjoy getting to chat with fellow Austinites and reminisce about my days there. Of course, my soul belongs in these beautiful mountains of Colorado, where I was raised!
